Obituary of Kristine Ann Twigg

Kristine A. Twigg, 31, went home to be with the Lord Friday, February 12, 2016 surrounded by her family, after a short illness. Born in Akron on September 12, 1984 to Jack & Deanna Twigg, Krissy was a lifelong area resident. She was an accomplished gymnast, starting in preschool and competing through high school. Krissy graduated from Cuyahoga Falls High School in 2002. A beloved daughter, sister, mother and friend, Krissy will always be remembered for her spunky and vibrant spirit. Krissy is survived by her parents, Jack & Deanna; sons Zachary, Colin & Dominic; siblings Angela (Scott) Creek and Bryan (Thelma) Twigg; fiancé Dave Martin; grandparents Jack & Pauline Twigg, and Pat Price; niece & nephews Marisa, Joshua & Mason; Aunts Connie & Pam; Uncles Dave & Rick. She was preceded in death by her grandfathers Gary Turner and Charlie Price. The family will receive friends Saturday, February 20 from 12-2:00 PM at the Anthony Funeral Home, McGowan, Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave (one block North of Portage Trail at 3rd St.) in Cuyahoga Falls. A memorial service will be held immediately following visiting at 2:00 PM. To help celebrate Krissy's life, we ask that all attendee's wear pink, just as Krissy would have wanted.
