Obituary of Helen Bennett

Helen Bennett, 80, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 1, 2011 at Akron City Hospital. She was born September 1, 1931 to Paul and Rozalia (Helem) Wyhowanec in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. Helen is survived by her beloved husband George; her son Rick; brothers Steve and Mike Wyhowanec; many nieces and nephews; and was preceded in death by siblings Olga (Terry) Christoff and Mary Childress and brothers Pete and Joe Wyhowanec. Private services for the family will be held Monday 11:00 AM at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, (1990 S. Main St.) Interment Hillside Memorial Park.
