Obituary of Ann M. Tomei

Ann M. Tomei, 86, passed away on November 21, at Akron General Medical Center. Born in Akron on March 23, 1925 to the late Franche & Maria Tricaso, Ann had been a lifetime area resident. She was a longtime parishioner of St. Paul Catholic Church in Akron. Ann retired from O'neil's, where she worked in sales for over 30 years. In addition to her parents Ann was preceded in death by her husband George, as well as 2 brothers & 1 sister. She is survived by her nieces Virginia Babb and Marie Chiarappa and nephew Chuck (Chris) Hudkins, as well as brother-in-law Frank Dettore and other nieces & nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Fr. Ralph Thomas on Monday at 11:00 am at St. Paul Catholic Church on Brown St. in Akron, where the family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron.
