Obituary of James Sharp

- CUYAHOGA FALLS James Stewart Sharp, 91 years old, born October3, 1920, went home to be with the Lord on October 9, 2011. Violet McElravy was his precious wife for 67 years. Post Products Machine shop was started and owned by Jim for 18 years, at which time he retired to enjoy bowling, gold and travel. Jim and Vi have been long standing member of Grace Baptist Church of North Firestone Blvd. Preceded in death by parents James and Alidia Sharp; sister Lillian Barker and brother Robert Sharp. He is Survived by his loving wife Violet, sisters Gertrude Beal of North Carolina and Ann Justice of Louisiana; and numerous nieces and nephews. Special thanks is extended to Tom Madden (who is like a son) for all his rime spent helping with so many things during Jim's illness. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 at the McGowan-Reid and Santos Funeral Home at 3rd Street one block north of Portage Trail. Funeral services will be held at Grace Baptist Church, 704 North Firestone Blvd, on Thursday at 11:00, where friends my call 1 hour prior to service. Rev. Robert Stephens will be officiating. Interment at Crown Hill Cemetery, in Twinsburg.
