Obituary of Dorothy C. Saulic

Dorothy C. Saulic, 74, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2012. She was born in Akron and was a member of Visitation of Mary Catholic Church. She was employed by Acme Foods; enjoyed playing bingo and was a devoted church member. Special thank you to Hospice of Alliance. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Alice (Neilsen) Boal; brother and sister-in-law, Jimmy and Marie Boal; sister, Millie Willoughby; and brother-in-law, Lou Wray. She is survived by her husband of 51 years, George; son, Mark (Ashley) Saulic; daughter, Debra (Richard) Gran; brothers, Larry (Julie), Kenny (Kathy) and William (Leona Belle) Boal; sisters, Rita Wray, Judy (Kenny) Boyer, Jean (Mike) Scarborough and Christine (Tom) Jonard; brother-in-law, Tom Willoughby; grandchildren, Allicen (Ken) Grose, Joel Gran, Steven (Amber), Tara, Trisha and Summer Saulic; and four great-grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be held Thursday, 10 a.m. at Visitation of Mary Catholic Church. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron.
