Obituary of Erma Jean Stout

Erma Jean "Tootie" Stout (Shutt), 81 passed away Monday, September 5, 2011 surrounded by her family. Tootie was born November 19, 1929 to Cecil R. and Nettie (Harrington) Shutt in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. She was retired from Akro-Mills. In addition to her parents Tootie was preceded in death by her beloved husband Garland Royt (PeeWee) Stout, sister Lois M. (Shutt) Webb, and brother Robert C. Shutt and is survived by her children Pamela (Robert) Sigman, Garland "Butch" (Julie) Stout and Patty (Jim) Bieri, Jr.; grandchildren Julieann Shaffer, Bobby (Erin Roth) Sigman, Kim (Ryan) Sherrer, and Jimmy and Jacqui Bieri; great grandchildren Abby, Ben and Chelsea Shaffer, Elisabeth Jackiewicz and Nicholas Sherrer; and her best friend Molly. Special thanks to the Pioneer Group, Doctor Matthew Taylor, and Hospice and Palliative Care at Summa Hospital. Funeral services will be held Thursday 11:00am at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. Interment East Liberty Cemetery.
