Obituary of Rebecca A. Akers

Rebecca A. Akers, 62, passed away Friday, September 2, 2011. She was born in Akron and attended Grace Brethern Church of Norton. She truly loved all of her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy David; and is survived by son, Troy (Shannon); daughter, Courtney (Jon) Winkler; grandchildren, Haley Akers and Troy and Jonathan Winkler; sisters, Connie (Ken) Wemm and Alison (Terry) Ferguson; and brother, Chuck Cater. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial service will be held Tuesday, 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S.
