Obituary of Kenneth J. Stith
Kenneth J. Stith, 54 died unexpectedly on July 1, 2011.
Born in Akron on June 8, 1957 to Oliver & Mary Stith, Kenny had been a lifetime area resident. He was a career tool & die maker and was very proud of the work he did. He was a member of the United Steelworkers Local #___. Kenny was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and loved spending time with his grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his father Oliver and his sister Paula Stith-Davis, Ken is survived by his mother Mary Stith of Akron; sons Paul (Carrie) Fenstermaker of Orville, David & Christopher Stith, both of Wooster, and Noah Stith of Sullivan, OH; beloved grandchildren Arianne, Kirsten, Luke, & Dylan; 7 siblings, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, extended family members, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 pm and Saturday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. A funeral service will be conducted by Fr. Michael B. Smith on Saturday at 12:00 pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to Hepatitis Foundation International 504 Blick Dr. Silver Spring, MD 20905.
