Obituary of Diana Martin

Diana Martin, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, & sister, passed away on June 3, 2011. Born in Charleston, W.V. on January 1, 1949, Diana had been an Akron resident for most of her life. She was preceded in death by her father Eugene Rogers and son Richard Martin. She is survived by her mother Marcella Rogers; husband of 46 years Gary A. Martin, Sr.; children Carrie (David) Terrell & Gary A. Martin, Jr.; grandchildren Tiffane, Gary III, David, Jr., and Matthew; 3 great-grandchildren; siblings Eddie (Kathi) Rogers, Greg (Kim) Rogers, and Barb (Jay) Grayshock. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8, from 5-7 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. Funeral services will take place immediately following at 7:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Cooper Cancer Center, c/o the Summa Foundation 525 East Market Street, Suite 2D Akron, Ohio 44304.
