Obituary of Blanche M. Aman

Blanche M. Aman, 97, passed away May 25, 2011 at Pebble Creek Care Center. She was born in Wooster, Ohio and had been active with the Akron Area P.T.A. She was Past President of the Lone Star Mother's Fraternity at the University of Akron, Past Secretary of the Family Motor Coach Association and enjoyed traveling. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Susan B. (White) Riffel; husband, Anthony Christopher; son, Dennis; 2 brothers; and 6 sisters. She is survived by her son, Gary (Marjorie); daughter, Karen Gugliotta; daughter-in-law, Barbara Aman; sister-in-law, Cathy Riffel; grandchildren, Christopher (Regina), Anthony (Margaret), Jeffrey and Andrea Aman, Wendy (Lincoln) Dickerson and Mark and Drew (Heather) Gugliotta; 9 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 3 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, Ohio. Deacon Richard Butz officiating.
