Obituary of Thomas Orville Hill

Thomas Orville Hill, 95, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, April 29, 2011. He was born in Logan, West Virginia and retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber Company. He was a member of the Church of God faith and loved sports. He is survived by wife, Tinnie; daughters, Priscilla Powell and Dorna Chambers; step-sons, William (Kathy) Allen and Reuben (Regina) Allen; special grandson, Brandon Allen; brothers, J. Paul (Jan) and Garland Hill; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. A Celebration of his life will be held Monday at 12 p.m. at Victory Chapel Church in Akron where friends may also call from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Rev. Robert Webb officiating. Interment will be private.
