Obituary of Ronald Raymond DiLauro

Ronald DiLauro, 67, of Akron, passed away suddenly at his home on December 2, 2012. Ron graduated from North High School in Akron before entering the US Army. He was an avid golfer, bowler, and loved baseball. He enjoyed meeting and talking to people. His greatest passion was spending time with his family & attending his grandsons' sporting events. Preceded in death by his parents Charles (Mim) & Eileen DiLauro, Ronald is survived by his sons Joseph (Kristine) and Matthew (Mary); grandchildren Christian, Racco, & Zachary; brothers James (Linda), Jack (Jane), & twin brother Donald (Jan); nephew Jason (Lisa) as well as many other nieces, nephews, & friends. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, from 5-8 pm, at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. A funeral service will take place on Thursday at 11:00 am at the funeral home, where the family will again receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chestnut Hill Memorial Gardens in Cuyahoga Falls. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Disabled American Veterans DAV Memorial Program P.O.
