Obituary of Bill Yakubik

William (Bill) A. Yakubik Bill Yakubik, 55, died unexpectedly on March 25. Born in Akron on April 13, 1955 to the late Andras and Lillian Yakubik, Bill had been a lifetime area resident. He was a 1973 graduate of Garfield High School. He was an avid fisherman and car enthusiast. In addition to his parents, Bill was preceded in death by his nephew Andy Haydu. he is survived by his three sisters Linda (Andrew) Haydu of Northport, Al, Mary Yakubik of Akron, and Andrea (Neil) Page of Uniontown; niece Valerie (Philip) Yarbrough of Northport, AL; great-niece's Victoria and Alexzandra and good friend of many years, Marty McDowell. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4-7 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to theEdwin Shaw Development Foundation at 400 Wabash Avenue, Akron, Ohio 44307.
