PLEASE CALL FOR CREDIT CARD INFO ericanthony mcgowanreidsantos 33092381313 LP1125 Jo Amelia (nee Marchette) -CUYAHOGA FALLS Jo Amelia (nee Marchette), 89, passed away surrounded by her family on November 18, 2012, after a one year battle with cancer. Born August 10, 1923 in Akron, Jo later moved to Cuyahoga Falls. Jo was employed at General Tire in 1983 after 37 years of service. She enjoyed dancing, playing cards, and Bocce, as well as entertaining and cooking for family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents John & Magdalena, granddaughter Mary, sisters Nickie, Amy, Mary, and Pam, & Brother Pat. Jo is survived by her loving daughter Kathy Mourlot, loving grandson Tony; nieces Toni Gabriel, Rose Mancino, Linda (Rich) Krecic, Rosa Smith, Madeline & Yollie DeSimone, Rosalie Scarpetti, Bonnie (Ed) Batman, Patty (Joe) Blasio; nephews Pat Alexander, Vince (Jean) Panaia, and James Radcliff. She also leaves her faithful care giver Jerry Stormer and Phil Luks, who was a tremendous help to the family. Also many loving friends. The family would like to thank the wonderful people of Hospice of Summa: Alethia, Amy, Brigitte, Lynda, Stephanie, & Rev. Joseph Lee. Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, Nov. 27,at 10:00 am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Trail, in Cuyahoga Falls.
