Obituary of Robin S. McManus

-STOW Robin Stokes McManus, 53, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on the evening of January 7, 2011­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­. Robin, a graceful, loyal and humble servant of our Lord has been called home early to live in eternal peace with her father John, mother Ginny, and dog "Trixie". Robin will always be the beloved wife of Jerry, devoted mother to Kelly, Ryan and Katie and loving sister to John and Neil. "Miss Robin" positively influenced the lives of many children with her patient, loving voice and helpful hands. The family will receive visitors at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL (at 3rd. St., one block north of Portage Trail in the Falls) on Thursday, January 13th from 5-8 pm. A celebration of her amazing life will be held at Hudson Community Chapel at 750 West Streetsboro, Hudson, Ohio on Friday, January 14. Service time will be announced in Wednesday's edition. On July 2nd this summer, the 28th anniversary of Robin and Jerry's wedding, a memorial service will be held in Winston Salem, North Carolina, a place she lived and loved with her family. Robin was a proud member of the Angels for Life Relay for Life Team whose sole goal is cancer eradication; therefore, Robin has requested in lieu of flowers please send donations to Angels for Life/American Cancer Society, P.O.
