Obituary of Eufimia Tina Kianos

Eufimia Tina Kianos went to her eternal home with her Lord and Savior on Thursday, November 25, 2010. There she was reunited with her parents, Olympia (nee Samaras) and Sam Kianos; and also her eldest brother, Bill Kianos. Tina leaves brother, John Kianos; sister-in-law, Joan (Bill) Kianos; niece and nephews, Garnet (Randy) Johnson and Martin and William Kianos. She also leaves many dear friends and neighbors that allowed her to live in her own home for many years after a severe stroke. A very special thank you to Artemis Nurches who made it all possible. Tina was a proud member of UFCW and retired after working for Akron Standard Meats, Apple and Sparkle Markets in their meat cutting departments. Calling hours Monday, 10 a.m. at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 129 S. Union St., Akron, followed by services at 11 a.m. Rev. Fr. Jerry Hall officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Donations may be made to the church in her memory. (Anthony Funeral Homes, 330-724-1281, www.anthonyfh.com)
