Obituary of Donald Gene Vardon

Donald G. Vardon, Sr., 69 passed away Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at medin a Community Hospital. Don was born May 16, 1941 to Dominic and Martha (Kanecke) Vardon in Akron and had been an Akron resident his entire life. He was the owner operator of Vardon Trucking for over 25 years. He was preceded in death by his wife Marilyn in 1982 and is survived by his son Donald G. Vardon, Jr., his wife Lillian and their daughter Alexandria Grace of Akron; his son Doug Vardon of Canal Fulton; brother Gary (Virginia) Vardon and sister Joan Denewitz Memorial calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4 to 6 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S.
