Obituary of Mary E. Lesniewski

Mary E. Lesniewski, age 96, went home to be with the Lord on November 2, 2012. Mary was born August 10, 1916 in Clarence, PA to Anna Estok and John Zavodni and was married to Henry B. Lesniewski for 59 years. Mary, known as Baba, was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great great-grandmother. She loved to knit and crochet for family and friends. She was a parishioner at Queen of Heaven Church for many years. Preceding Mary in death are her husband, Henry and her brothers, John, Andrew and Thomas Zavodni She will be deeply missed by her daughters and son-in-laws, Patricia and Santo Abbate of Green, OH; Joan and Roger Hoffman of Anacortes, WA.; Cookie and John Jevec of Uniontown,Oh; Judith and Anthony Ninni of Green, Ohio; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 3 great great-grandchildren. Special thanks to the Aultman Health Care and Hospice team. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Road, Uniontown, Ohio 44685. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony and Son Funeral Home, 4178 Massillon Road in Green (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads, entrance off Steese).
