Obituary of Wallace R. Clark

Wallace R. Clark, 89, passed away Monday, October 22, 2012. He was born in Boulder, Colorado and retired from Ohio Bell after over 17 years of service. Mr. Clark was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel and a veteran of the United States Armed Forces serving during World War II. He was a friend to many. He was preceded in death by first wife, Helen; second wife, Anna; and daughter, Gail Clark. He is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Dean and Lila Clark of Texas; and dear friends, Lori and Kelly Schlueter and their children, Paul and Luke. Funeral service prayers will begin Thursday, 10:30 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron followed by Requiem High Mass at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel. Fr. Leo Carley officiating. Interment at Uniontown Greenlawn Cemetery. The family will receive friends TONIGHT, 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home where a Rosary service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Donations may be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel, 2935 Chenoweth Rd.
