Obituary of Lillian J. Whited

Lillian J. Whited, 76, passed away Thursday, May 20, 2010 at Falls Village. Lillian was born April 17, 1934 to Franklin and Clara (Nance) Overholt in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. She was a homemaker and a member of Tallmadge First Church of God. Lillian is survived by her husband of 47 years, Galen; children, Sandra (Ronald) Berringer, Sr. of Aurora, Pamela (Mark) Murphy of Norton and Jeffrey and Donald Whited of Akron; grandchildren, Cassandra and Ron Berringer; siblings, Paul (Katherine), Al and Edward Overholt, Beatrice (John) Holeman and Evelyn June Powell. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 1 p.m. at the IVY CHAPEL AT GREENLAWN MEMORIAL PARK. There are no other calling hours or services.
