Obituary of Melba McCarty

Melba McCarty, 91, passed away on May 11th, 2010. She was born in New Bedford, Massachusetts on September 28th, 1918, and, until recently, had been residing in Dayton, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Charles D. "Mac" McCarty, Lt. Col. USAF, Retired. Melba is survived by her son, Justin D. McCarty, daughter-in-law, Ann McCarty, granddaughters, Maren McCarty, Jordan McCarty and grandson, Logan McCarty. The family would like to thank the Staff of the Greenview Inn Assisted Living Facility and the Staff of Crossroads Hospice for the care provided to Melba at the end of her life.
