Obituary of Olga V. Thomas

Olga V. Thomas, 82, passed away on September 7, at the Hospice Care Center in Copley. Born in Akron on November 18, 1929 to the late John & Agafia Vaselov, Olga had been a lifetime resident. She was a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church, as well as the Altar Aid Society. Preceded in death by her husband Frank in 1990, Olga is survived by her son Frank J. Thomas, daughter Linda Thomas, and 'favorite son-in-law' Larry Singleton; 'adopted daughters' Connie Tomsic, Paula Fisher, & Sue Kedrowski. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home KUCKO-ANTHONY-KERTESZ CHAPEL, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron, where a Parastas will take place at 7:30 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am at the funeral home. Fr. Nicholas Wyslutsky officiating. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
