Obituary of Ernest Lorenzo

Ernest Lorenzo, 83, died Monday, December 29, 2008 at Gaslight Villa in Canal Fulton. He was born March 3, 1925 to Jose and Wella (Suarez) Lorenzo of Luke, Md. and he had been an Akron area resident for most of his life. Ernie was preceded in death by his wife, Emily (Goron) on November 9, 2008; brothers Fred, Al and Joe; sister Tina Alvarez; nephew Fred Alvarez and sister-in-law Helen Felean; and is survived by his sons Ernie (Cheryl) Lorenzo of Jackson Twsp. and Deno (Dianne) Lorenzo of Uniontown; granchildren Ernie (Carly) Lorenzo, Mikel Anne Lorenzo, and Maria and Natalie Lorenzo; sister Natalie Coffman, brother-in-law Deno Goron; special nieces and nephews Sue and Tani Prieto, Don and Sherry Alvarez and Kathy Seminorati. The family is grateful for the special attention given to Ernie by the staff at Gaslight Villa.
