Obituary of Julia P. Chuchu

Julia P. Chuchu, 95, passed away Thursday, December 11, 2008. She was born in Romania and came to Akron in 1926. She was a member of Presentation of Our Lord Orthodox Church and retired from Firestone in 1976. She was preceded in death by husband, Alexander in 1958; brother, George Popp; parents, George and Mary Popp; and granddaughter, Tracey Kleibscheidel. She is survived by son, Alexander Chuchu; daughter, Julia (Robert) McDowall; grandchildren, Robert and David McDowall and Lori (Michael) Ryan; and great-grandchildren, Joey Kleibscheidel, Nikko McDowall and Rachel Ryan. Private services will be held at Rose Hill Burial Park with Chaplain David Beesing officiating. There are no calling hours.
