Obituary of Marguerite Jean Kondrajian

Marguerite Jean Kondrajian, born April 12, 1924, passed away November 25, 2008. She has left this world a better place because of her love and compassion for her family and friends and for anyone in need. She was always willing to help anyone that she could, either by prayers or monetary assistance. She will always be remembered by all for her fantastic chocolate chip cookies. She loved music and you could always hear her humming or singing a tune. She was an active member of Firestone Park United Methodist Church for several years. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Edward Kondrajian; her parents, Grace and Russell Bittner; her sisters, Kathleen and Bette; and her brothers, Russell, Jr., Jack, Dick and Jim Bittner. She is survived by her daughter, Jeanne and son-in-law, Paul Bearer; her 2 grandchildren, Stephanie (Jerry) Goldsmith of Akron and John (Jodi) Bearer of Sharonville, Ohio. She also leaves her sister, Ruth Bearer; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at Firestone Park United Methodist Church, 250 N. Firestone Blvd. in Akron. Rev. Max Beery officiating. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. (PLEASE NOTE NEW LOCATION) and one hour prior to services at the church. Memorials may be made to Firestone Park United Methodist Church, 250 N. Firestone Blvd. Akron, OH 44301.
