Obituary of Nick Bobich

Nick Bobich, 86, passed away Wednesday, September 3, 2008. He was born in Pennsylvania and retired from the Chrysler Corporation. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Cuyahoga Falls and was a veteran of the United States Armed Forces serving during World War II. He was a member of the Masonic Order, was an avid woodworker, loved camping and his pet dog, Tiny. He was preceded in death by son, Terry; and is survived by wife, Ilene; son, Nick, Jr. (Cheryl); daughter, Donna (Ronald) Bogard; grandchildren, Michelle Bobich, Jennifer (Todd) Hart, Cindy (Mike) O'Neal, Karen (Joshua) Miracle, Ronald Bogard, Jr., James (Michelle) Bogard, Rebecca (Chet) Remenyi and Lisa (Brian) Hendershot; and great-grandchildren, Kyle, Brandan, Matthew, James, Jr., Andrew, Alex, Taylor, Austin and Sierra. Funeral service will be held Monday, 10 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home McGowan-Reid & Santos Chapel, 247 Stow Ave. (at 3rd St. one block North of Portage Trail) in Cuyahoga Falls. Pastor Tom Madden officiating. Entombment at Grandview Cemetery in Ravenna. Friends may call Sunday, 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
