Obituary of Mary Lenczewski

Mary L. Lenczewski, 85, born on December 9, 1922 and a life long resident of Akron, Ohio passed away suddenly on July 25, 2008, at the Cleveland Clinic (Main Campus) in Cleveland, Ohio. She retired from General Tire & Rubber Company after 32 years of loyal service as an executive secretary and was a lifetime member of St. Hedwig's Catholic Church, American Business Women's Association (ABWA), the PAC Club, the Polish National Alliance (PNA) Club, and the Alliance of Poles. She is survived by a niece, Carole Lenczewski of Akron; a great niece, Rebecca Coughenour of Lewisville, PA; great great nieces, Emily Coughenour & Audrey Coughenour; a sister, Mildred Czech, and was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Anna Lenczewski; a sister, Caroline Rilling; and brother, Henry Lenczewski.. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 9, 2008, at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, Ohio with a priest officiating followed by an inurnment.
