Obituary of Mary Elizabeth Murphy

Mary Elizabeth Murphy completed her circle of life on June 17, 2008. Born May 15, 1923, she lived in Akron the majority of her life retiring as an executive secretary from Goodyear. She is survived by brothers, Emerson and Benjamin Murphy; and the family she shared her life, love and generosity with; nieces and nephews, Donald (Rene) Pine, Linda Mottice, Terry (Darlene) Pine, Georgia (Jack) Sparks, Beverly Walden (deceased), Joyce (Ken) Poast, Michael Murphy (deceased) and Timothy Murphy; 11 great; 23 great-great; and 4 great-great-great nieces and nephews. A Graveside service will be held on Friday at 1 p.m. at Greenlawn Memorial Park. Pastor Darryl Moulder officiating. There are no calling hours.
