Obituary of Christine Repasky

Christine Repasky, 49, died Saturday, June 7, 2008 at Akron City Hospital. She was born August 21, 1958 to the late Dr. Joseph and Luba (Homiak) Repasky and had been an Akron resident her entire life. She had been employed by International Pharmaceutical Services. She was a member of St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. Chris was a very caring and generous person who enjoyed cross-stitching and cooking. In spite of her own health problems, she was always there to help others. Chris is survived by her beloved mother Luba; sister Debbie of Akron; aunts Helen Kotter and Shirley Passino; dear friend Cheryl Sforzo; and of course her cat Buckeye. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:00am at St. Nicholas Orthodox Church. Rev. Fr. Nicholas Wyslutsky officiating. Interment St. Nicholas Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday 5 to 8pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. (PLEASE NOTE NEW ADDRESS) where Parastas services will be held at 7:30pm.
