Obituary of Jacquelyn Lou Mihelich
Jacquelyn Lou Mihelich ('Grammy' 'MM'), passed away Thursday, August 2, 2012 from complications of ALS.
Jackie was born December 16, 1938 in Wadsworth to the late Clayton Wayne and Doris Hites Blough.
She grew up in Barberton and graduated from Barberton High School in 1956. She went 2 years to BGSU and 2 years to Kent graduating in 1960 with degrees in Health Physical Education and Biology.
She married a sweet man in 1962, the late John D. Mihelich.
She leaves behind her children Dean Michael Mihelich, Shelley Adrian (Tony) Speranzini, Jill Lyn Mihelich; her cherished grandson Nicholas Dean Speranzini; her much younger brother David Hites (Sandy) Blough; her brother-in-law Pete (Gladys) Mihelich; many nieces, nephews. She also leaves her watched and loved children Tyler, Tiffany, Meghan, Cody, Mark, Brendan, Matthew, Abigail, Ryan, Connor, Brady, Faith, Hayden, Trinity, Lucas,Tayler Grace, Andrew and Emily and her forever friends Shelby, Billie and Susan.
A Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday 10:00 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church, 1800 Steese Rd., Uniontown, Ohio 44685. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday 4 to 8pm at the Anthony and Son Funeral Home, 4178 Massillon Road (corner of Massillon and Steese Roads in Green; entrance off Steese).
