Obituary of Karen M. Wyatt

Karen M. Wyatt (Mee-Maw), born Dec. 20, 1947, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family and loved ones April 1, 2008. Karen was a devout Catholic who belonged to the Sacred Heart of Jesus Church where she was a member of the Altar Rosary Society. Karen, a fun loving and thoughtful woman loved her family and friends deeply. Karen enjoyed simple things in life like taking rides on her pontoon boat, fishing with her husband, pottery and hosting get togethers for family and friends. Karen was preceded in death by her parents, William and Ruth Oser; sister, Shirley Price; and brother, John Oser. Karen is survived by her loving husband of 38 years, Bob Wyatt; children, Robbie (Mel), Missy, Dan and Andy Wyatt; extended daughter, Kelly Witwer; grandchildren, Bobby, Monicca, Brandin, Haleigh and Lauren; brother, Bill (Nancy) Oser; sister, Barb Bergdorf; many nieces and nephews; childhood friend and "sister"of 57 years, Linda (Larry) McCoy; and special friends, Barb Baitz and Allie Bianchi. Funeral service will be held Friday, 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 450 Dennison Ave., Akron. Fr. James McGilloway officiating. Interment at Lakewood Cemetery. Friends may call TODAY, 4 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S.
