Obituary of Wasylyna Wladyczak

Wasylyna Wladyczak Wasylyna Wladyczak, 84, passed away Saturday March 29, 2008. She was born in the Ukraine. Wasylyna was a member of Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church. Mrs. Wladyczak was preceded in death by husband Dymitro; daughter Josephine Evanitcka and son Bill; she is survived by daughter and son-in-law Mary and Dennis Mobley; son and daughter-in-law John and Cathy; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. The family would like to thank Lorantffy Care Center for their care of Wasylyna. The family will receive friends Friday 5-8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St., (PLEASE NOTE NEW ADDRESS). Parastas service will be held Saturday 10:15 a.m. at the funeral home followed by funeral services at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Ghost Ukrainian Catholic Church, Fr.
