Obituary of Persida Savcic

Persida Savcic, 71, passed away Wednesday March 19, 2008. She was born in Belgrade, Serbia coming to Akron in 1969. Persida was a member of Sts. Peter and Paul Serbian Orthodox Church. Mrs. Savcic is survived by husband Dimitrije; son and daughter-in-law Petar and Kimberly; daughters and sons-in-law Ruzica and Stevan Velickovic, Gordana and Nebojsa Atanackovic; brother Milutin Mitrovic; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday 6-8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. (PLEASE NOTE NEW LOCATION), where Parastas service will be held at 7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held Friday 12:00 p.m. at Sts. Peter and Paul Serbian Orthodox Church, 3532 Clarkmill Rd., where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Interment Lakewood Cemetery.
