Obituary of Phillip Anthony Perretta

-CUYAHOGA FALLS Phillip A. Perretta, 76, passed away on January 21, at Akron General Medical Center. Born in Akron on July 24, 1935 to the late Domenic & Rose (Blanco) Perretta, Phil had been a lifetime area resident. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cuyahoga Falls. He is survived by his loving wife, Rachel of Cuyahoga Falls; children Laura (Dave) Lach, Kathy (Chuck) Rowland, Phil Perretta, & Vince (Karla) Perretta; grandchildren Jessica & Nick Lach, Valerie & Keira Rowland, Maria, Joe, Lauren Marie, and Bret Perretta, and Vince Falconer; brothers Fred of Palm Coast, FL and Leonard of Joliet, IL; sister Mary Grinnell of Olive Branch, MS. Cremation has taken place. A committal of ashes will take place on Friday, January 27th at 11:00 at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St Jude Children's Research Hospital, Memorial and Honor Program, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-1942.
