Obituary of Kenneth Lewis Smith

Tallmadge dateline Kenneth Lewis Smith, age 67, passed away January 7, 2008. He was born in Akron and was a lifetime resident of the area. He was a graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School in 1958, was a member of Bethany United Church of Christ, served in the U.S. Navy, and retired from the Chrysler Corp. in 1995 after 30 years of service. He is preceded in death by his father Frank Smith. He is survived by his loving wife Linda of 46 years, mother Anna Smith, son Dale Smith, sister Linda Mothersbaugh, grandchildren Matthew and Casandra and neices and nephews. Calling hours will be Thursday 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the McGowan-Reid & Santos Funeral Home at Third St. one block North of Portage Trail where funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m.with Pastor Mark Steiner officiating.
