Obituary of Rose Pyrch

Rose Pyrch, 92, passed away Monday Dec. 17, 2007 at the Hospice Care Center in Fairlawn, OH. She was born Feb. 14, 1915 in Carnegie, PA to the late Panko & Kathryn Popichak. Rose was a member of the Holy Ghost Orthodox Church of Ambridge, PA Mrs. Pyrch was preceded in death by husband Parl Pyrch, Sr., four brothers and two sisters. She is survived by son and daughter-in-law Rev. Fr. Paul and Virginia Pyrch, US Navy-Ret., of Virginia Beach, VA; daughter and son-in-law Rosemary and Howard Simpson of Akron, OH; daugher Carolyn Cunningham of Louisville, KY; daughter and son-in-law Barbara and Thomas Czerwinski of Cranberry Twp., PA; ten grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Thursday Dec. 20, 2007 from 5:00 pm until time of Parastas service at 7:30 pm at Bohn-Matich Funeral Home, 1099 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, PA with transistion of Mrs. Pyrch to Holy Ghost Orthodox Church, 210 Maplewood Ave., Ambridge, PA where funeral services will be held Friday Dec. 21, 2007 at 10:00 a.m., Very Rev.
