Even though I haven't seen Scott for years, it appears that he continued to live his life with the same enthusiasm he did when we were friends. I fondly remember the night the Appliistics played at my house, his picture on the front page of the Miami U student paper feauring Scott swallowing live goldfish, and the critters that lived with him in his dorm room. Farewell to an original and kind man..

I met Scott, when I happened upon Scott's Folkatorium. I wish I would have made more visits in there. He always made you feel so welcome. He seemed to be so proud of his shop. I would pray that it would generate more business, than it actually did. Since we'll all have jobs in heaven, Scott must be getting ready to run a new coffee shop in the heavens. The live entertainment will be filled with the greats, who have gone on before.

Scott will live on in our hearts. He touched our lives many times and in many ways at Greensburg U.M. His music and gentle spirit was a true gift. We will keep his entire family in our prayers for peace and comfort. He is certainly in a better place than we all are. We know he must be entertaining those who went before him in Heaven.

I am saddened and very sorry to hear of your loss in Scott's passing. Scott was the older brother of one of my childhood closest friends, Randy. At the same time he was close friends to my older brother and sister. I think of his warm heart, constant smile and quiet laugh, always positive, even as a teen. Together he and Randy were a heavy influence on me while growing up adding a healthy dose of imagination and adventure. I will truly always affectionately remember them both.

I met Scott when I stopped by the Folkatorium to make arrangements for my Kiwanis Club to experience the Folkatorium; it like Scott was very special. I'm glad I had the opportunity to know him if only for a short time. May God surround you with his loving care!
