Obituary of Lillian Walls

Lillian Walls "Mama Lil", 78, passed away Monday, October 1, 2007 at Akron City Hospital. She was born in Jerome, Pennsylvania and lived in Akron for most of her adult life. She was a member of the Wesleyan Methodist Church of Barberton and was a server at Red's for over 30 years. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Beth Zacher; brothers, Frank, Vince and Bill; and sister, Evelyn Adams. She is survived by daughters, Darla (Joe, Jr.) Nemith and Janet Walls-Helms; brothers, Louis (Gerry) and Wayne Borelle; sisters, Dorothy (Frank) Montgomery and Darla (Jim) Shaffer; sister-in-law, Josie Borelle; grandchildren, Joe, III (Stacey) Nemith, Laura (Mike) Hentosh, Taylor Zacher and Tyler Setree; and great-grandchildren, Harmoni and Lyra Hentosh. A Memorial service will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home, 95 W. Waterloo Rd. in Akron. Pastor Dennis McCoy officiating.
