Obituary of Ralph Trowbridge
Ralph B Trowbridge is now in the presence of His Lord and Savior. He went from this world to the arms of His Heavenly Father Sunday July 15, 2007.
Ralph was preceded in death by his twin brother Roy and his parents Clarence and Georgie Trowbridge He is survived by his twin brothers Glenn (Ann) Trowbridge of Stow and Gene (Nancy) Trowbridge of Atlanta and his sister Alice (Don) Leyden of Virginia.. He will be dearly missed by his loving wife of 31 years, Sandy. He was the beloved father of Karen (John) Carney of Stow, Jack Trowbridge, Cuyahoga Falls, Michael (Shirl) Trowbridge, Seville and stepsons Richard (Celena) Woodcock, Rittman and Steven (Kristine) Woodcock, Akron; 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Ralph was born in Akron,October 28, 1928. A graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School. He spent most of his early life in the Falls. He was always a very hard worker and had many jobs. He was a Falls Police Officer early in his career. He found his life work in construction. In 1958 he incorporated and became Bowen Construction. He became a building contractor constructing many homes and apartments in the Falls and Stow. The last 30 years of his life he was a resident of Norton. In his life and business practice he was a testimony of his faith in the Lord. He was a man of his word and respected by all. He will be sorely missed . Ralph was a member of The Chapel.Services will be Wednesday 11AM at McGowan-Reid and
Santos Funeral Home (corner of Stow and 3rd in the Falls),
with Rev. Steve Bucy officating. Friends may call Tuesday
from 6-8at the funeral home.
We have confidence that Ralph is now in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ with a body free of pain and suffering for all eternity.
