Obituary of Jennie E. Foti

CUYAHOGA FALLS Jennie E. Foti, age 91, passed away July 5, 2007. Jennie was Born June 15, 1916. She was a charter member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church and retired as a clerk for Mains Pharmacy. Jennie was active with the arts and crafts group at The Quirk Center. She was an avid gardener, whose area of expertise were her roses. Jennie was preceded in death by her parents Matteo and Maria Lopiccolo; sisters Anna Tinaglia, Mary Demita, and Angelina Lobello; brothers Frank Lopiccolo and Joe Owens. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Russell of Cuyahoga Falls and sister Sadie Domenico also of Cuyahoga Falls; as well as many nieces, nephews, great-nieces & nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews. The family would also like to extend a special thanks to the caring staff of The Hospice of Visiting Nurse Service for their wonderful care. The family will receive friends Sunday, from 4-8 pm at The McGowan-Reid & Santos Funeral Home (at 3rd st., one block north of Portage Trail in the Falls). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 10:00 at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church on Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls. Father Thomas McCann officiating. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
