Obituary of Dushan Turndick
Dushan (Dick) Turndick, age 86, passed away July 11, 2007. He was born in Akron and was a lifetime resident of the area. He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and retired from Goodyear Aerospace and Diebold, and attended the Chapel. He was an avid Indians, Browns, and Cavs fan and enjoyed bowling.
He is preceded in death by his wife Mary and brother Lou. "He will be sadley missed by his twin daughters." He is survived by his daughters Tina (Joe) Schler and Terri (Gary) Edwards, grandchildren; Joey and Cory Schler, Ashley and Shelby Edwards, and Brandy (Matt) Cash.
Funeral services will be Friday 1 p.m. at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz 95 W. Waterloo Rd. with Pastor Steve Bucy officiating. Interment Greenlawn Cemetery. Friends may call Friday from 11:30 a.m until service time at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the American Diabetes Association P.O. Box 11537 Alexandria, VA 22313.
