Obituary of Arthur D. Grimes

Arthur D. Grimes, 56, passed away June 4, at Helen Ellis Hospital in Tarpon Springs, FL. Born in Barberton, Ohio, he retired from BWX Technology after 30 years as an Inspector. He was a man with a big heart and in death he continued giving of himself by being an organ and tissue donor so that someone else could have a better quality of life. He was a fisherman, a hunter, a NASCAR fan, a jack of all trades, but most of all he was a Harley man at heart. He loved to go for rides on his Harley, especially in Amish country. He was preceded in death by his mother Ruth Grimes. Survivors include his wife Kathy; father Winifred; brother Walter (Denise); sister Barbara; stepdaughters Lisa (Travis) Copen, Kristie (Duane) May; special buddies/his grandsons Brendan, Noah, Alex and Bailey; many relatives and close friends. Calling hours will be Saturday, June 16th from 11-1 with a memorial service at 1 o'clock at the Kucko-Anthony & Kertesz Funeral Home, 95 W. Waterloo Rd., Akron.
