Obituary of Mary Spenoso Griffith

Mary Griffith (nee Spenoso) Mary Griffith (nee Spenoso), 90, passed away on February 28. Born March 1, 1920 in Cuyahoga Falls, she grew up there in her younger years before moving to the Cleveland area, where she lived until her death. Mary was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, William and her brother Joseph Spenoso. She will be missed by her many friends, neighbors, and relatives. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home MCGOWAN-REID & SANTOS CHAPEL (at 3rd st., one block north of Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls). A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday at Blessed Trinity (formerly St. Martha) Catholic Church in Akron. Father Joe Werner Celebrant.
