Obituary of William Staudt

William Staudt, Sr., 81, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 24, 2010 at the Doylestown Health Care Center with his family by his side. He was born in Akron and was a lifetime resident of the area. He retired from Firestone Tire and Rubber Company in 1985 after 33 years of service. Special thanks to Doylestown Health Care Center and Odyssey Hospice for all of their care. He was preceded in death by parents, Alex and Julia (Kocsis) Staudt; and is survived by son and daughter-in-law, William and Kay Staudt, Jr.; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia Ann and David Wehner; brother and sister-in-law, Alex and Josette Staudt, Jr.; and grandchildren, Phillip, Rebecca, William and Victoria Wehner. Funeral service and interment will be private and held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours.
