Obituary of Dianne Gentile Kandes

Dianne (nee Gentile) Kandes Dianne (nee Gentile) Kandes passed away unexpectedly Thursday,December 31, 2009 at her home.  She was born January 6, 1950 to the Armand and Eva (Gazafy) Gentile in Akron and had been an Akron resident her entire life. Dianne's life centered around her family. She is survived by her husband of 32 years, John,her children Brian Kandes and his wife Carrie, Shanna Davis and her husband Jason and Angela Kandes and her mother Eva (Gazafy) Gentile. While she deeply loved her husband and children her true joy was her grandchildren; Dylan Kandes, Haleigh Davis and Drew Kandes. Dianne is also survived by her brother Jim (Linda) Gentile as well as aunts, cousins and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father Armand Gentile. Diane was a dance instructor at Sharon Rae Dance Studio and was active with the Cadet-ettes. Funeral services will be held Tuesday 11:00am at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel (1990 S. Main St. Akron). Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. the family will receive friends Monday 4 to 8 Pm and Tuesday 10 - 11Am at the funeral home.
