Obituary of Bradley George Tomi
Bradley G. Tomi, 47, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, January, 14, 2010 at his home.
Brad was born April 1, 1962 to George and Violet (Pantzer) Tomi in Akron and lived in Cuyahoga Falls. He was a 1980 graduate of Cuyahoga Falls High School and attended Akron University where he was a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon. He was employed as an Internet Technologist most notably for Summa Hospital System. He was a member of Presentation of our Lord Romanian Orthodox Church.
Brad was a fan of roller coasters and enjoyed spending time at Cedar Point and spent many delightful days at Kelly's Island.
Brad was preceded in death by his father George in 1980 and his cousin Larry Carr in 2009; and is survived by his friend and companion Michael Johnson; his mother and father Violet and Noel Leathers of Cuyahoga Falls; sisters Laurie (Bill Maikranz) Tomi of Hudson and Tamara (Shawn) Bogner of Jackson Twsp; Nieces and nephews Anastasia and Natalia Maikranz and Christina and George Bognar; aunt and uncle Evallien and Larry Carr; cousins Scott Carr and Denise (Duane) Hafely all of Warren.
Funeral services will be held Monday 10:00 Am at Presentation of Our Lord Romanian Orthodox Church, 3365 Ridgewood Rd. Fairlawn, Ohio 44333. Very Rev. Dr. Ian Pac-Urar officiating. Interment Rose Hill Burial Park. The family will receive friends Sunday 2 to 5 Pm at the church where the casket will be opened at 3:00 Pm for the Saracusta Service at 4:30 Pm.
