Obituary of Donna Gordon

-GREEN Donna Gordon, 64, went home to be with the Lord on November 7, at Summa Health System in Akron. Born in Canton on November 16, 1944 to the late Frederick and Harriett Wiener, Donna had been an Akron/Canton area resident her entire life. She was a graduate of Canton Central Catholic High School. She was a member of Queen of Heaven Catholic Church in Green. In addition to her parents, Donna was preceded in death by her husband Richard Gordon and her brother Karl. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Forrest and Barbara Rayburn and grandson Brandon Rayburn of Bellbrook, OH; stepson Paul (Rosamond) Gordon of Dover, OH and stepdaughter Martha (John) Gross and step-grandsons Jacob and Benjamin Gross of Canal Fulton; sister Lenore McCourry of Canton. The family will receive friends Thursday from 5-8 pm at the Anthony Funeral Home Anthony & Biscan Chapel, at the corner of Steese and Massillon Rd's in Green. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10:00 am at Queen of Heaven Catholic Church on Steese Rd. in Green. Father David Durkee officiating. Cremation is to follow.
