Obituary of Laura Ann Hudak

Laura Hudak, 93, died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 in Sun City, Arizona and is now in heaven with her beloved husband, George Edward who died in 2003. Laura and George liked to travel, play cards-especially bridge and euchre, enjoyed sports and visiting with their children. Laura also spent much time crocheting, was an avid reader and volunteered at her church. In addition to her husband, she was also preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Barbara Chack; brothers, Frank, Tony and Stanley Chack; and sister, Mary Elder. She is survived by her sons, George David (Peggy), Larry all of Sun City, AZ. and Tim (Caroline) of Fairview, TX.; sisters, Anne Bordash and Helene Thomasson; other loved ones and friends, Betty Chack, Frank Bordash, Carol Ann Bordash, Carol Jean Hose, Peter Lopenzena, Betty Stimpfel, Joe and Tillie Lucco, Margaret Demeter, Elmer Schoch, Ronnie May, Jim and Rita Walsh, Dick Hudak, Al and Irene Hudak and Dan and Kathy Hudak; 7 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 11 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. in Akron. (PLEASE NOTE NEW ADDRESS). Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
