Obituary of Catherine E. Yurick

Catherine E. Yurick, 86, passed away Monday, August 31, 2009. She was born in Somerset County, Pennsylvania and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Thomas C. and Pauline (McKinzie) O'Brien; sister, Deloris McCroskey; and husband, Frank. She is survived by sons, Michael (Kathleen) Yurick and Gregory and Terry McCrossin; sister-in-law, Frances Yurick; grandchildren, Mary (Eric) Sharp, Dawn (James) Verhovic, Denise (Rolf) Lamb and Caroline McCrossin; and 10 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday, 10:30 a.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S. Main St. and at 11 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Fr. Michael B. Smith officiating. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
