Obituary of Michael Kisha
Michael Kisha, 79, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2009 at Akron City Hospital. He was born in Akron and was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during the Korean Conflict. Mr. Kisha was the owner/operator of Permatone Tile. He retired in 1972 and then moved to Florida. He was preceded in death by son, Michael; three brothers; and three sisters. He is survived by son, Keith (Mary F.) of Tallmadge; daughters, Michelle Miller of Akron, Valerie (Brian) Rawson of Stow and Melony Chabra of California; brother, Joseph Kisha; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be held Saturday, 10 a.m. at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church where the body will lie in state one hour prior to service. Fr. Robert Stash officiating. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends Friday, 5 to 8 p.m. at the Anthony Funeral Home Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Chapel, 1990 S.
